Low Cost Wedding Menu for Small Groups
- Cheese tray Large Gourmet selection accompanied by jam, grapes, toasts, olives and nuts. (v)
- Assorted sushi table (80 units)
Cold appetizer:
- Crispy vegetables (v)
- Choricitos in white wine
- Cod brandade with mushrooms and truffle oil
- Fresh tuna skewer with teriyaki sauce
- Skewer of cod with honey
- Gorgonzola cheese crispy onion panacotta (v)
- Squid croquettes in their ink with coriander all i oli
- Crispy chicken skewer with spicy sweet and sour sauce
Toast mix:
- Onion toast with red pepper and anchovy
- Foie, peach and dried fruit mousse toast
- Goat cheese toast honey and nuts (v)
Second course to choose between:
- Fresh monkfish tail with seafood and garnished with potatoes

Contracting Conditions:
• This menu includes food and transportation to the venue. Distances of up to 30km from our headquarters in Canet de Mar. For longer distances, you should check rates.
• The price does not include waiter service, equipment rental or space for the event. If you need any of these 3 services, we can advise you and propose solutions.
• This menu is indicated for groups of 30 to 45 diners. For higher groups we can offer you other options.
• You can add drinks service for an extra 12 euros per person (water, wine, soft drinks and cava).
