Terms
one.Selection
Select all the products you need for your event.
If you have questions about the quantities or ingredients of any product, you can contact us by phone or email.
Remember to place your order at least 10 days in advance.
two.Purchase
Go to the cart and confirm your purchase.
You will receive an email indicating your order number and the account number where you must make the payment of the total amount of the purchase.
ANDn the comments you must indicate the desired date and time of delivery, as well as any information you consider relevant
(house with green gate, surprise party, ask for Manuel, etc.).
3.Confirmation
Once we receive the transfer, we will contact you to verify the order, date and delivery address.
You will receive a new email with your confirmed order.
Delivery
The delivery will be made in disposable cardboard trays, all assembled ready to serve.
Some products require minimal customer handling, such as heating in the oven or driving forks / chopsticks / spoons into the product. Our staff will explain how to do it in detail.

Changes
Changes are not accepted in orders made online.
If you want to add items, you can make a new purchase.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 7 days before your event.
After this period, the order goes into production and therefore the amounts paid will not be refunded.
